Carmen

Carmen is the heart behind Your True Blueprint and an inspiring business mentor, medicine woman and healer for conscious entrepreneurs who want to grow with soul and purpose. She is also known for her powerful soul readings, through which she provides deep insight into someone’s life path and energetic blueprint. With her unique combination of intuition, energy, and strategic insight, she helps you break through blockages, embrace your own power, and let your business flourish in a way that truly suits you. Carmen guides you with gentleness, clarity, and a deep connection so you can confidently and effortlessly build your business.

Your True Blueprint was born from her own awakening process and entrepreneurial journey, in which she learned to come home to herself and live her unique potential. What Carmen offers is not a standard approach but a personal foundation where you learn to trust your inner wisdom, consciously use your energy, and build a business aligned with your soul. She invites you to do business from freedom, passion, and a deep connection with who you really are.

Solange

Solange Zindzi is a passionate life and movement coach, author, and spiritual leader who inspires people to discover their true selves and live with full energy. With a background as a professional dancer and years of coaching experience, she combines movement, breathing, and mindset in a unique way. This helps people release emotional blockages, raise their vibrations, and confidently follow their own life path.

Born and raised in Amsterdam with a unique mix of Caribbean and Dutch roots, Solange brings powerful and warm energy that invites others to fully embrace themselves. Her intuitive and clear guidance gives people the tools to live from their own power, choose growth and transformation with courage and openness. Solange believes that everyone has their own unique story that deserves to shine, and she invites everyone to live that truth with full surrender.

What’s the difference between the two packages?

The Soulshine Stay is our all-in experience — it includes your accommodation, all meals, and full retreat access from morning to evening. The Local Light Pass gives you access to the full retreat days (8:30am–9pm) and all meals, but you arrange your own place to sleep and transport to and from the retreat.

Do I need to be experienced with movement or healing work to join?

Not at all. Whether you’ve danced through your emotions before or you’re just now learning how to listen to your body, you are so welcome. This retreat is designed for all levels, all backgrounds, and all souls ready to show up as they are.

Is this retreat only for women?

This space is open to anyone who feels called to reconnect with their body, soul, and truth. Our retreat holds space for softness, strength, female & male energy, emotion and expression, in all its forms.

What should I pack for the retreat?

Think flowy, comfy and soulful. Bring clothes you can move and dance in, a journal, swimwear, sunscreen, headphones and anything that helps you feel grounded. We’ll send a full packing guide once you’re in, but mostly, bring an open heart.

Does the price include my flight ticket?

No, you are responsible for your own flight tickets to and from Curacao.

Is it 5 days and 4 nights or 5 nights?

It’s 5 days, 5 nights. We are giving you one night for free! This way, you are able to arrive on Sunday evening (Sept 7th after 7pm). So, you can install yourself, prepare and get ready to start the next day fresh.

Check out Friday 9pm.
