Strategic Operational Excellence

I work at the intersection of strategy, performance, leadership and the intelligence of the heart. This combination, together with structure and execution, is where real transformation in organizations happens. Because transformation does not come from strategy alone, but from people, leadership and aligned decision-making.

Organizations often know where they want to go. The real challenge, however, is how to get there in a structured, efficient and sustainable way. Growth, change and increasing complexity require more than vision alone. They require clear structures, aligned teams, effective decision-making and strong leadership.

This is where I come in

I work with organizations as a strategic advisor, operational excellence consultant, and project and change manager, helping translate strategy into structure, processes and execution. I support leadership teams and organizations in creating overview, strengthening collaboration, improving decision-making and ensuring that strategic plans are not only designed, but actually implemented and embedded in the organization.

WHAT I DO

I support organizations in improving their performance by looking at how the organization is structured, how teams work together, how decisions are made and how strategy is translated into execution.

Together, we analyze how the organization currently operates, where bottlenecks or inefficiencies are, where roles and responsibilities are unclear, where decision-making slows down and where teams or departments are not aligned. From there, I help design and implement improvements in structure, processes, governance, decision-making and ways of working.

I don’t just advise. I help implement and guide the change, working closely with leadership and teams to ensure that plans are actually executed and embedded in the organization. My role is often to bring structure, overview and alignment, and to make sure that decisions are translated into action and that strategy becomes part of the daily way of working.

Areas of Focus

My work typically focuses on:

01
Translating strategy into execution
02

05
Operational excellence and process optimization

Program and project management
09
Resource planning and operational efficiency

How I Work

I work closely with leadership and management as a strategic advisor and sparring partner, and when needed also as a project and change manager during implementation.

I often operate between leadership and teams, ensuring that strategy is translated into execution, that departments work together instead of next to each other, and that change is not only designed on paper, but actually implemented in the organization.

My role is to bring structure, overview and alignment, to help set the right priorities, to make sure projects move forward and to ensure that decisions are translated into concrete actions.

The goal is always the same: more clarity, better collaboration, stronger performance and an organization that is able to execute its strategy successfully and sustainably.

The Impact

My work typically leads to:

Clear structure and governance
Better and faster decision-making
Stronger collaboration between teams
Faster execution of strategic projects and changes
More ownership and accountability within teams
Better organizational performance
Strategy translated into execution

In short: more clarity, more alignment and an organization that is able to execute its strategy.

Leadership Workshops

In addition to strategic and operational support, I work with leadership teams and organizations through leadership workshops focused on leadership, communication, decision-making and collaboration.

These workshops are always tailored to the organization and the team, and are practical, interactive and directly applicable in the daily work environment.

Workshop topics include:
  • Leadership and self-awareness
  • Communication and feedback
  • Decision-making and responsibility
  • Collaboration between teams
  • Leading change

The goal of these workshops is to strengthen leadership, improve collaboration and create more clarity, ownership and accountability within teams and organizations.

CLOSING

Organizations don’t change because of strategy alone.

They change when strategy, structure, leadership and execution come together. If you are looking for someone who can help bring structure, alignment and execution to your organization, I would be happy to connect.
