At a certain point in your career, leadership changes. It is no longer mainly about working hard, being the best specialist or solving everything yourself. It becomes more about decision-making, setting direction, dealing with complexity, leading people and taking responsibility.

Elevate is a uniquely tailored 1:1 leadership mentorship designed around your role, your organization and the challenges you are dealing with at this stage in your career.
We typically work together for a period of approximately six months, during which we have 12 one-on-one sessions. Between sessions, there is direct contact when needed, for example when you are facing an important decision, a complex situation or a leadership challenge where you would like to spar.
My role in this process is both as a leadership mentor and as a strategic sparring partner, someone who understands organizations, leadership, change and decision-making at senior level.
