We met in a unique way. A conversation with a warm-hearted woman, a connection, and the beginning of a wonderful mentorship.

A listening ear, independent advice, guiding, motivating, and always cheerful. Carmen brings energy and strength to every session. Motivated and with the right guidance, our first session flew by. I can confidently say: "Carmen has made me a happy person."

Carmen brought me back to basics: who am I, what do I like, and what truly makes me happy? She helped me rediscover myself.

Together, we worked on routines and discipline, but also on understanding my feelings and thoughts. I learned to distinguish between my heart and my head—which one should I listen to, which one should I follow, and which one should I let go of? This gave me the strength to start my day with determination and end it with satisfaction in the evening.

The focus was on creating a powerful version of myself. From a place of peace and passion, I started building my own path again, my life, and the people I want to share it with. Having conversations, letting go of old patterns, and taking on a new role have brought me closer to myself. I now know who I am, what I want, where my boundaries lie, and which feelings I can trust.

I'm eagerly looking forward to our second phase: establishing a solid business organization, creating structure, and further developing my future.
